Frequently Asked Questions

If something isn't covered here, the Get Started form is the fastest way to get a real answer.

Q: I'm not technical at all. Can you still help me?

A: Yes, and honestly, non-technical clients are who I build for. You don't need to understand how any of it works under the hood. I handle the setup, the tools, the configuration, and the testing. You get something that runs and delivers results. The most technical thing you'll ever have to do is open an email or a Google Doc.

Q: How is this different from just using ChatGPT or another AI tool?
A: Off-the-shelf AI tools are general purpose — they require you to know what to ask and how to ask it every single time. What I build is custom infrastructure that runs automatically on a schedule, does a specific job, and delivers the output to you without any prompting. You're not using a tool. You're running a system.

Q: What kinds of businesses do you work with?
A: Coaches, consultants, keynote speakers, HR and L&D practitioners, and service-based professionals running independent practices. What they have in common: they're very good at their work and stretched too thin to also manage the operational side of a business.

Q: How long does it take to build an agent or automation?
A: Most single-agent builds are complete within one to two weeks from the scoping call. More complex multi-agent systems or full CRM setups may take two to four weeks depending on scope. I'll give you a specific timeline in the proposal before any work begins.

Q: Do I need to have my systems already organized before working with you?
A: No — and most clients don't. If your CRM is a mess or you don't have one at all, that's a normal starting point. Part of what I do is figure out what actually needs to exist before we build anything on top of it.

Q: What do I need to provide to get started?
A: Not much. Depending on the project, I'll need access to relevant tools or accounts, and for AI agent builds, you'll need an Anthropic API account (free to create, you only pay for usage). I'll walk you through exactly what's needed after our first call — nothing complicated on your end.

Q: What does it cost?
A: Project fees are scoped individually because the work is custom. As a general guide, single agent builds start at $750, multi-agent systems start at $1,500, and CRM setup and cleanup starts at $750. Monthly retainer support starts at $500/month. Exact pricing is confirmed in a proposal after the discovery call.

Q: What if I'm not sure what I need?
A: That's the most common situation. Most people come to me knowing something isn't working but not knowing exactly what to build. The discovery call is specifically for that — we talk through what's going on, what's costing you the most time, and what would make the most difference. I'll tell you honestly what I'd recommend and what it would take.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?
A: Yes. Most clients move to a monthly retainer after the initial build — for maintenance, updates, and ongoing new agent development. The more systems running, the more useful the retainer becomes. It's optional but popular.

Q: What happens if something breaks or stops working?

A: It happens occasionally — platforms change, APIs update, things shift. Clients on retainer get priority support when something needs fixing. For one-time project clients, I'm always reachable and will give you a fair quote to address it quickly.
