I help coaches and consultants build systems that run without them.

Hi! My name is Erin Greenwell.

"Erin has helped me in so many ways — mostly by freeing up my time so I can focus on what matters. She's reliable, smart, has great ideas, and is trustworthy. She's also fun. I can't recommend her highly enough."

Most of my clients didn't come to me looking for AI.

They came to me because something wasn't working. Their CRM was a mess. Their workflows lived in their heads. They were spending hours every week on work that should have been happening automatically, and it kept falling to the bottom of the list because the actual work always came first.

That's usually where I start.

I build custom AI agents and automation systems for coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners. Not templates. Not plugins. Systems designed around how your specific business actually works — built, tested, and handed off to you running.

What that looks like in practice: a keynote speaker who now has draft conference proposals waiting in her inbox every Monday without touching a thing. An automated system that takes new subscribers from Gmail and drops them straight into a CRM. Workflows that used to require human attention, now just happening.

Every build starts with a real conversation about what's actually broken. Sometimes that leads to an AI agent. Sometimes it leads to a Zapier automation or a CRM cleanup. The tool matters less than whether it solves the problem.

I work with a small number of clients at a time because the work is custom and the details matter. If you're a coach, consultant, or service-based professional who's tired of being the person who also has to figure out the tech — that's exactly the problem I'm here to solve.

How I got here

My background is in data management and information science. I have a Master of Library and Information Science and spent over 11 years working in government, where I learned that clarity, structure, and well-organized information aren't nice-to-haves. They're what make everything else work.

When I moved into freelance work, I started with what I knew: helping small business owners get their systems under control. Over time that evolved — first into CRM setup and cleanup, then into broader workflow automation, and most recently into building custom AI agents that do real, recurring work for clients.

The through-line in all of it is the same: find what's creating unnecessary friction, and build something that removes it.

I've been doing this for nine years. I'm not a tech evangelist. I'm not here to sell you on AI for its own sake. I'm here to figure out what would actually help and build that.

How I work

  • Simpler is better. The goal is never more tools. It's fewer things requiring your attention.

  • Custom, not templated. Every system I build is designed for your specific situation. What works for one client often doesn't translate directly to another.

  • Honest about fit. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you that in the first call.

  • Practical over impressive. A simple Zapier automation that actually runs beats a sophisticated system that's too complicated to maintain.

Outside the work

When I'm not building systems, I'm usually hiking. There's something about being on a trail and having a clear path, a defined goal, and just enough challenge that I find genuinely restorative. It probably says something about how I approach the work too.
